Terms of use

Pourfume is a community where people share the fragrances they wear and buy and sell perfume from each other. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• Give accurate information, keep your password private, and use one account per person.
• You're responsible for what happens on your account.

2. What Pourfume is (and isn't)

Pourfume connects buyers and sellers. The seller, not Pourfume, sells the item and is responsible for describing it honestly. Pourfume doesn't own, inspect or guarantee the authenticity of listed items. See how to spot a fake perfume.

3. Selling

• Only list perfume you own and have the right to sell, described accurately (fill level, box, cap, condition) with your own photos.
• Counterfeits, replicas, “inspired by” copies sold as originals, stolen goods and items you don't have are not allowed.
• Buying and selling happen within the same country. Follow the shipping rules for perfume, which is a flammable liquid.
• When payments are on, Pourfume keeps a 10% fee from each sale.

4. Buying and buyer protection

When checkout is available:

• Your payment is held until you confirm the item arrived as described, or 3 days after delivery.
• If the seller doesn't ship within 7 days, you're refunded automatically.
• If something is wrong, report it from My orders before confirming. The payment is frozen while Pourfume reviews it.
• Pay through Pourfume only. Deals arranged outside the site aren't protected, and asking to pay outside it isn't allowed.

5. Posts and content

• You keep ownership of what you post. You let Pourfume show it on the site and in previews when it's shared.
• Post only photos you took or have the right to use. No harassment, hate, nudity, spam or misleading content.
• Anyone can report posts and listings. Pourfume may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Fragrance information

Notes, accords and ratings come from brands, public sources and the community. They're for information only and may not be exact.

7. Limits

Pourfume is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Pourfume isn't responsible for the items people sell, for disputes between users beyond the buyer protection described above, or for indirect losses.
